Fraud, poor service
I placed an order on March 6, paid the bill on March 11, after a week of silence I called, asked about delivery, I replied that there will be a product next week. A week later I called again (it is almost impossible to call them), replied that the goods are not yet, but next week will definitely be. Needless to say, there were no goods next week either. We called from another number, after countless attempts we called, after negotiations promised that the product would be available on Friday. In general, more than a month has passed, no more calls from any number, no goods, no reply to emails. I sent an email requesting a refund. It's a shame I read these complaints so late... If I don't get the money, I'll go to Ptac and the police in the next few days.
