Poor service

You can't talk to a woman at the reception at all! Sitting does not solve any problems. People stand, wait, want to pay the bills while she sits and reads a book. She can't ask for anything, she starts yelling. I asked that I could sign up to remove the seams, she said I had to ask earlier and wait for my Queue place. I went into the office and received the message that I would not be able to do it because no one was working anymore. Spent 2h, I'm shocked and they still call themselves the best center. Which place?!
