Cheating

Samsung Galaxy3 2017 shuts down by 53% after 2 months and 3 weeks and can't turn on and doesn't load full screen black. The Telstra employee was also unable to turn on and charge and was sent to the MTTC repair display in May. Today comes an email from Telstra that with tel. everything is in order. This is pure fraud from a Telstra company that sells damaged phones to customers and does not want to take any responsibility.
