poor service
I ordered a phone on the Telstra website on December 26, showed me when the phone will be on December 28 with iExpress courier, my product I waited, but I could not receive the phone, because the contract stated when I would receive the goods with a driver's license, but had a passport number. and I couldn't get the product, I called the Telstra center and I was told when I would cancel within 3 hours, I went to the store and there was nothing canceled yet, I called Telstra again and then I was told when I would cancel in a few days. do not understand one says so, the other says so. I'm very disappointed, but now there will be a lesson when you can't send online.
