We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 for the shuttle to the airport, When I called the Hotel they said I would have to wait for the 6:30 shuttle, our flight was at 7:15 so we couldn’t wait, Please refund my acct. the $44.37 that was charged. Susan Duffett
Tried to book online, system error said “reservation cancelled, your card will not be charged” – it was, even though I was sent cancellation confirmation, and nobody to contact to resolve the situation. Ended up spending an hour on the phone to my bank to resolve. User’s recommendation: Book direct with the parking provider.
On February 15 shuttle picked us up at HH terminal in Mn. It was dark and cold . Had to leave my Keyes with company on Feb 12 since no room at that time. Driver couldnt find my car and they didnt know where it was nor did they have Keyes. Eventually after 20 min driver found...
