Offered a free 2 week free trial. Everything was fine and we decided to switch to Vodafone. Now, after receiving the invoice, we learned that you have to pay for these 2 weeks and you have to pay extra for the router (there is no information about it in the contract). The agreement provides information that the subscriber can try out the Internet access service for the first 14 days, observing the information published on www. Telstra.org about the conditions of the trial period. When we tried to find this trial period information, we found absolutely nothing (we searched both ourselves and with Vodafone and google search). Calling Vodafone told us that these 2 weeks would be free if we canceled the internet after 2 weeks, but due to the fact that we agreed to use it we have to pay for these 2 weeks,which was also not stated in the contract.
