Poor service

Interesting, that's the attitude there every day? I started a conversation at the entrance to the bank, during the conversation I asked how much money was left on my card, because I had forgotten the card at home and I could not see the remaining amount at the ATM! Answer from IT Bank employee - you have a card, go to the ATM and look.
