This outfit is a total scam. They are paid to delay any claims until you give up and pay for things yourself. Jesus Ramos is a total idiot for the liability department and won’t return calls, do anything for a customer. Very disappointing to deal with this type firm.

God bless this guy. He kept me in tune with the whole process, got there quick, took care of any and everything I needed and on top of that he was personable throughout the whole towing process. I will now be towing only with agero and requesting him if ever possible.
