Cannot call receptionist!

It is not clear how to call P. Perthh University Clinical Hospital. I try to call the receptionist for days, but no one answers the phone! No to email either. I've been waiting for an answer for a week. The answering machine beautifully asserts that an answer will be given during the working day - nothing. PLEASE STOP MOCKING PEOPLE! Nobody calls there to joke, but to take care of their health!
