Return fraud?
We ordered a vacuum cleaner from an AZ Electronics store. We received the product. When we brought home, we vacuumed a 10 m2 carpet in the children's room and realized that it would not be for us and cleaned it thoroughly. When contacting the store: you can take it back. We took it, checked it in the store - it was like new. After 2 weeks you have to pay a depreciation fee of 18 CAD... For a product worth 115 CAD...
