Poor service, fraud

Hello. I bought the phone Htc U Play Tele 2 for the full amount 04.02.2018 and then the problems start. The phone very quickly discharges the battery, 3-5 hours, watch took the fact that the phone is new and still can not use it, now just an empty phone. 1. 09/02/2018 I turn to tele 2, said that the phone must be taken to the service, and they work with mttc, so the same day I went to the service who is in alpha. The phone was accepted, I explained all the problems with the phone. Htc is not repaired in Canada and was sent to poland. 20/02/2018 I picked up the phone, the funny thing is what they have marked "notes" - "the phone is working properly, the software has been updated". And the recommended usage time to perform a hard reset operation, so a complete reset of the phone, the question of whether the phone is new, there is no program yet, and why so do you need a phone if you can't use it because you need to do a reset in the meantime!? I couldn't explain anything to me. Ok. 2. The following problem remained, the phone will quickly discharge! I decided to contact another authorized service tsc 21.03.2018 I turn to them with the same problem! Eight days later I picked up the phone, there I replaced the battery, so the problem was! I was able to use the phone for a few months, but the problem remained, from morning to evening the battery is really low using the phone! I can't fully use the phone and walk all the time with the charger, it's a nightmare for someone! 3. I turn to tele 2, with the question of how to proceed to solve this problem, advised to go to mttc again, write a statement that the grudge to give up the phone, said that he can prepare an act that will be found defective, and then tele 2 without any problems I changed to another phone or returned the money. 4. 21/11/2018 I turn to mttc alpha, accepted the phone, I wrote an application (a copy is with me) about the fact that give up giving up that phone or change to tele 2 to another phone or return the money that the problem also after the battery exchanges remained. 5. 07/12/2018 I pick up the phone and the funny thing is that a new battery was replaced again!? Just without explanation, replaced and everything, so still the defect has been, but the description has not noted it! I didn't need repairs, I noted the need for an act of defect because of the urge to give up the phone! So again, the act I don't have on hand, with a description of the defects, without it I can't turn to tele 2, without it they can't help me! Mttc alpha, the employee could not explain anything to me, promised that they would contact the Poland where the phone was repaired and give me an answer in two days! It's been 5 days, no response, just ignore my mail! I have all the documents on hand, the whole folder I have already collected, with those documents, and with this letter I will turn to ptac, maybe they will help me solve this problem!
