Unable to contact and receive post after 2 months

I made an order at the beginning of September and after 2 months there was no message when there will be an order except when I wrote for the first time in early October and then replied that it will be around 12.12 .2020 and since then I have written 3 more times and have not received a response. I've also called and the line is busy all the time.
