Hello. 26. 02. 2020 Many Telstra customers had communication problems. We have two connections, one of which is in the Netherlands. The sim card for this connection has been canceled since that date. It is not possible to connect to other operators, receive calls and call free Telstra info. When visiting the salon we were informed that this is not possible and that you have damaged the sim card. The SIM card was not touched and damaged in any way while on the phone. Questions about how to act in such a situation are ignored and avoided by Telstra. The only thing offered is to hand over the sim card for inspection at the Australian branch. So already 7 days without communication + postage and the whole period without communication.
