Magically the 2 drugs I have been prescribed are not in the system? Paying for them in full. Paying bills on my credit card. Consider another advantage plan or consider Medicare only. Customer service does respond to issues but basically useless. User’s recommendation: Consider UHC, BCBS, Humana, etc.
