We canceled they kept taking money out of our bank account. Called them told them thought it was fixed took it out for 2 more months. User’s recommendation: Don’t even try them.
BOYCOTT AETNA was given misleading info at time of renewal about costs of drugs, under my plan. Agents on the phone in some foreign country, spend most of their time saying I APOLOGIZE as they give no valid excuses for the conduct of AETNA ! In April, I could see on website that balance was reduced to zero and the monthly premium was charged on credit card. Never received a response from Aetna.. Less coverage than with Medicare and Medicaid plus extra help. The Aetna Advantage Plan doesn’t pay nearly as much as what I had, but they told me it was better. What a joke.
