We canceled they kept taking money out of our bank account. Called them told them thought it was fixed took it out for 2 more months. User’s recommendation: Don’t even try them.
BOYCOTT AETNA was given misleading info at time of renewal about costs of drugs, under my plan. In April, I could see on website that balance was reduced to zero and the monthly premium was charged on credit card. Never received a response from Aetna..
