Shoes don’t fit

I ordered 2 pair of shoes is a size 6 M. They fit like a 5.5. May I return the items for a refund?

Aerosoles won’t allow a return for a larger size

Pretty simple, I ordered a pair of shoes, based on customer comments in my actual size. It’s too small. I would like a larger size. But I’m told that I can’t return this pair. I’ll never buy from them again. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy anything from Aerosoles.
