What should be considered malpractice

Took my husband with an upper respiratory infection, but he tested positive for Covid. They sent him home to drink lots of liquids and hope he survives. My wife arrived by ambulance could he have been Health Hospital on Fletcher she got here about 4 and now it’s 10 p.m. and we still haven’t seen a doctor I do not appreciate

They they continue to tell you to wait they’re working on it they’re trying to get you in there trying to get a room ready all I have is a bunch of dang excuses the worst ever close it
