shuts off electricity for a ridiculously small debt
I am finally angry with Latvenergo. I have not yet encountered such hardships, timelessness and stupidity. Latvenergo switched off the electricity in the apartment, as a debt of around 40 USD had accumulated. First of all, the amount of debt is so low that the disconnection of electricity can in no way be called a disturbance. Few can be forgotten or therefore immediately disconnected? Second, even after the debt payment for another week the electricity was not restored, the caller ask why? To which I replied that I had to know that I had paid, they could not know, etc. So what about them for such systems there when it is not possible to determine when and for what they have been paid? We do not live in the Stone Age when counted and wrote on the cave wall. I am so angry that I was deprived of 2 weeks of normal use of the apartment that as soon as Enefit or someone else starts to supply electricity to households, they will switch all their 5 addresses away from debil.
