Very poor quality and incomplete procedure

Inspired by great reviews from other visitors, I apply to Gloria Skin Cafe by phone the almost the most expensive and acclaimed procedure of the new concept salon "SOS SKIN CLEANSING with deep-acting alginate 75 min 42 EUR". The procedure according to the description had to have the following stages: cleansing / peeling / metabolic stimulating warm compress / moisturizing / mask / deep-acting cleansing fee with alginate / 10 lymphatic drainage massage / comedone extraction, if necessary. Particularly attractive in terms of the choice of these procedures were many reviews that, unlike other beauty salons, where the master, leaving the room to drink coffee, promised that this is the unique place where the master takes a long time during the exposure to the mask, relaxing face, hand and décolleté massage. It was also mentioned that this procedure would indeed give the feeling that the customer is overwhelmed. Also, unlike the "usual" beauty salons, Gloria Skin Cafe, according to the reviews, is so interested in finding out and helping each client's skin condition that before each procedure the master speaks to the client: about skin care habits, products used, problem areas and about what is the type of skin, what procedures will be performed today and about what, after all, what products (from the Gloria cosmetics line) would be the most suitable for the client in the face care, taking into account the type of facial skin. Then all these good things came together and I learned the names of my face care products from my head, I went to this procedure with great pleasure. When I arrived, the administrator made me wait because the previous procedure was not over. Ok, sitting and waiting. After ~ 10 minutes, the master comes out with the client (5 minutes have passed since the start of my procedure) and, without asking for a name or the procedure I have come to, invites me inside. Make up to the appropriate level to undress, lie on the couch, and everything. I'm waiting for me to start talking about the condition and means of my skin, but I thought: Ok, I'll probably go to bed first, and then let's talk. Lying down, the master looks at my face for a few seconds and just sets: cleansing and moisturizing. Nothing more. That's what was left out of the whole conversation (I waited because I didn't knowthat it will not be at all. Think to wail then in the end at least on the appropriate means or how?! Than.) This was followed by a rather slight cleansing of the skin and the use of a UV lamp, squeezing out the blacks. Afterwards, the master put on a face mask for me, and I already think that at least there will finally be a relaxing hand massage, which may calm me down a bit, because I was in a rather unpleasant emotional state, considering that the master did not talk to me at all. But then what is it?! After putting on the mask, the master again, without saying a word, beautifully auctioned off the room to the store room to chat with the administrator. So I slept alone there all the time during the exposure to the mask and was forced to listen to the loud classes of the master and administrator, which absolutely did not promote a relaxing and pleasant mood, not to mention that the massage was missed. Well, nothing, I think - maybe after that there will be another mask, during which it will be in the celebrated massage. Time has passedthe master came back, removed the mask, with my fingertips something just slapped on my face in places, and EVERYTHING, without saying anything again, just takes off the blanket applied to me and says that I can get up. I was loooooti unpleasantly disappointed and confused. There was a feeling that the master has either confused something, such as my procedure with the simple offered CLASSIC SKIN CLEANING 60 min 32 CAD, which is shorter time and cheaper. I look at the clock: instead of 75 minutes, KNAPI 60 MINUTES have passed! My confusion culminated when the receptionist ordered me to pay for an SOS skin cleansing procedure, which is expensive and allegedly applied for. Of course, I paid because I am not prone to disputes, but the bitterness remained huge. And misunderstanding. Either the master had severely confused the procedures, or the service level of Gloria Skin Cafe is absolutely low and unsatisfactory. I will never go to this salon again in my life and 99% that I will no longer be a customer of Gloria cosmetics store,although so far I have left ui ui some such sums on cosmetics in this store! Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. PS they state on their website "Our specialists will help you find the most appropriate procedures based on your skin condition and wishes. At the end of each procedure, we provide easy-covering make-up." Do you think any of this was provided to me? :) Of course not. Everything is just empty promises to attract customers.
