Services committed to contractually were not provided and $3,500 was lost

Rodolfo Garces (owner of Affordable-Blueprints) committed to providing blueprints that we could use to obtain permits to begin a room addition on our home. When the blueprints were submitted to the county of Los Angeles we were advised they were completed using city of Los Angeles Codes not county and therefore permits could not be issued. There...
