Missed PPP loan

Asked ADP for the required numbers for the PPP loan. Numbers kept changing. Probably missed the deadline even though I started on day one. Will be looking to take my business elsewhere. Over 100 employees nationwide will not get their jobs back…thanks ADP. User’s recommendation: Look elsewhere.

Extremely bad website for timecards

Every two weeks I try to log in and it says my info cannot be found. Then it locks me out and I have to reset my password to get in. Two weeks later the same crap. User’s recommendation: Stay far away from ADP.

Y’all locked my card and your phone is down so I can’t fix this * and I need gas but your stupid * app locked me out and I can’t call to fix but I can’t log in until you open your phone line

I been calling since 8 am and I need someone to fix this rn or I will just transfer my money to another card company bc I’m tired of y’all being horrible at customer service User’s recommendation: Don’t use this company.
