Will not answer my emails and I sat on phone for 1.5 on hold only to get disconnected ! Refuse to cancel my membership or give me return instructions

HORRIBLE DELIVERY TIME AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered 2.bathing suites..it’s been over 2 weeks since order and NO MERCHANDISE..IM FURIOUS BECAUSE THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND OUT STATUS..I BELIEVE ITS SCAM..AND I WANT MY CREDIT CARD INFO DELETED I AM NOT A VIP MEMBER!!!@@@ User’s recommendation: DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
