They charged me for a package I never received. Went back and forth through emails with no resolution. So I decided to call. Got through to a person after waiting for 25 mins. Their phone kept going in and out. Finally got the lady all info. She put me on hold so she could put all notes into computer and then of course the phone hung up. At beginning of call I gave her my phone number for her to call me back if this was to happen and of course no call back. So we will see what happens!!
