Sent wrong color/phone issues

Ordered white, received black! Phone connection to initiate return/exchange was TERRIBLE. Was very difficult to understand person at other end because I was barely getting every other word!

Unwanted cancellation of order

You cancelled my order and didn’t give me my money back , ALL OF It. Also I never cancelled the order , I thought it was on the way until I saw an email saying my order was cancelled. I want my FULL REFUND please. This is so disappointing.

Dispute charge

Never answered. Called to dispute random $60 on charges but cant dispute if they dont answer. Will be filing fraud charges with my bank. User’s recommendation: Do not use this company!!!
