Low quality service
I wanted to share my January 1 experience with ordering food at Fontaine Delisnack. We ordered 2 chicken burritos, the usual fries and fries with Antonio's and cheese + 2 cola. Delivery as usual Delisnack is slow, but it is logical , but January 1. And then came the moment when we received the order. As a regular customer, when ordering from Delisnack once a month, I have seen all sorts of miracles, but I received one for the first time. 1. Delisnack's diligent dwarves had forgotten to add fries, but I only noticed this when the supplier was away. When calling the operator, I told everything and promised to solve the situation, but no one did called back did not bring anything. Result - 1 fry.2. When you open the cheese Antonio's fries, all the fries at the top are burnt black. As coal is not highly respected, the result is already - 2 fries. 3. When ordering Burrito, we asked you to make one plain and one blunt. Halfway through, it couldn't tell the difference between the usual and the blunt ones. 4. And when we had come to terms with the lost fries and sharp / inaccurate burrito, we found that the other half of the burrito had been burned. Conclusion - before delivery always make sure what is being brought, advise to even open it and see if it is not burned, as in our case. And sadly but unfortunately Delisnack has lost its quality, so I will choose others in the future alternatives and I also advise you not to order food from Delisnack.
