Hello, I wanted to share my experience. While in the uk I had a Vodafone sim card that I use to call en, about 3 months after using the sim card in the uk it suddenly stopped working and showed that only emergency calls are available! I called the Vodafone information phone, needless to say, the duration and cost of the call are impressive, the first 5 minutes. All you have to do is wait for the call connection, because suddenly all the operators are busy, the conversation lasts 2-3 minutes and it turns out that there is no fault in the network, the sim card is to blame! Having changed the sim card and took another Telstra with the connection, the offer was advantageous and you can call lv, as it will be useful. It's been 4-5 months since I picked up, 2 months outside the en and both sim cards show that only emergency calls are available! Inserting a sim into another phone all the time shows emergency calls, but inserting a uk sim card into the same phone it works. I contacted Telstra in writing and received an answer that the sim had to be changed, because there is no network disruption, everything is fine on their part, they offer to send the sim to any place Looks like Telstra sim cards have some mystical expiration date, taking Telstra sim outside en, you have to regularly plan sim exchange trips en!? Telstra is not able to provide its services outside lv for a long period of time, I don't think it's just a coincidence that from February 2020 two Telstra sim cards will stop working, moreover, I changed one of them in April in Telstra customer service center, and now for the second time same phone no. Sim card stops working!
