Does not ship and does not refund
My experience with this business. I agreed with LLC ATP Auto (Autosalons in the Americans in Longsdale, Gradu Street 4a) that the car will be delivered from Germany. The car was viewed on the portal mobile.de. We sign a contract for the delivery of the car, I pay a security deposit / the first payment for the delivery of the car. The car had to be delivered within a month. Unfortunately, the car was not delivered within that deadline. I tried several times to contact Korslis Eidi, a representative of the car showroom, but he did not answer my phone calls or e-mails. When I finally called back, I said the car would be delivered in a week! And so many times! The car is also, of course, was not delivered. We have agreed to terminate the contract and that LLC ATP Auto must repay the security deposit paid to me. Unfortunately, to this day, it has not been refunded to date! The company does not respond to my phone calls and letters. I do not recommend concluding any transactions with LLC ATP Auto (car showroom in American) and their representative Karlis Eidi! They are scammers!
