12. Trolleybus with board number 19770 March 18 at 13:44 stopped at the Matthas Street stop behind the 17th Trolleybus and only the front door was opened at the stop. I only notice them closing and leaving the driver to stop, to get an angry glance at something that the driver told me looking at me. Arriving normally at the stop, the driver accompanied me all 20m with a glance and some murmur and dissatisfied phrases. I believe that such a service is a disgrace to the only public transport provider. Also, this report has been forwarded to other, higher-ranking instances.
