I handed over my phone to Mobiland Canada, said it would be ready in 2-4 weeks, but definitely in two weeks. I called them after the 3rd week. They (the same man who tolled the phone) say that everything in order with this warranty request, usually (however) repairs take up to 4 weeks. Well, those 4 weeks have already passed. Call again, again the same man. This time, in a surprised voice, he announces that this request has not been given any status, but now he will try to call the service, but it usually fails, but will contact me later. I feel deeply disappointed because I bought a moisture and dirt resistant phone just because of the summer season, but now the phone is in service all summer long. When I said that I would contact the CRPC - suddenly this phone has already been made and is available. Two hours ago, he didn't even have any status and was far away in the service, but now in the office. Interesting... Even after I finally got my phone, I felt a very unpleasant attitude from the same employee, in an instructive tone, to learn how to count the weeks correctly, because 28 days (4 weeks) is not 4 weeks, but 4 weeks is a month. It would hardly change those two days (basically one, because a month would come on a holiday) if for almost a month they make a small defect like a cover speaker membrane replacement. I also said that, I see, I am to blame myself, because the phone is only resistant to moisture at a certain amount of water (although it is advertised as completely resistant to moisture and dirt). Also, the phone was not exposed to large amounts of water. But now they were so nice and cleaned the speaker itself. It's already cool, so now the sound is stale and bass-free. Also after that, the phone had to be exposed to moisture again, as a result of which it turns out that the phone is no longer even moisture-resistant, because the water passes through the new sieve they inserted and straight into the loudspeaker. It is unfortunate that now you have to carry the phone and pay for repairs and buy a new cover, because now you are not going to return to Mobiland to lose your phone for a month again and get it repaired, not to mention the treatment. Before shopping at any of the online stores, be sure to ask who their supplier and service provider is.
