Acorn Stair Lift – Poor Customer Service

Recently installed custom Acorn stair lift. Less than a year old. First purchase, and first service call. Never again with this company. We have to wait 5-7 days for a service call from only available 2 service techs (that also serve as sales reps) for the ENTIRE Vancouver lower mainland GVRD. Are you kidding me??!!
