I am fully disappointed in Ackerman Security. I signed a contract for 3 years and it was not a good deal. They have problems with renews and I am tired of their incompetence. They only waste my time and money. Don’t use their services!
Fraud and product damage.
On 14.12.17 I purchased, RD - Electronics, multimedia computer Lenovo Legeon Y520 with additional warranty. Less that a month later a defect appeared... Says the same information from the hard drives and eventually the computer hangs and could no longer go to the computer. 20.01.18 I took the product from the AZ Store for warranty... After 30 days I call and say that if the problem is with the hard drive and if the repair is under warranty, on the same day I receive a second call that the product was denied warranty because mysterious moisture appeared... Both the basic warranty and the additional warranty go through the air... In turn, opening the Lenovo database by entering your Serial No. creates that warranty for another 2 years. And after a while it rings again and says that the power supply and the power socket at the motherboard are also dead...Afigenijs servis
