Won’t honor warranty

I received my monitor on July 24th 2018. Everything was fine until about the end of August…the picture went out. I unplugged the display port cable and plugged it back in. The picture came back. Beware! Beware!

I purchased a re-certified all-in-one desktop from Acer’s online re-certified store. It arrived with a shattered monitor.
