Warranty repair
On 15.06.2019 I bought a Sony z ultra C6833 phone in the online store www.1a.ca, after 3 weeks the phone cracked on the screen even though I had put on a protective glass and a phone cover was not thrown to the ground or otherwise mechanically damaged). Toll telephone warranty service at the wholesale company Mobiland, which passed the telephone on to the service center MTTC. Within five days I received a response from Mobiland that the warranty has been denied and a repair worth 260eur is offered. I contacted mttc, who confirmed that the warranty was denied and a repair of 197eur was offered. Very interesting how Mobiland tries to inflict on other people's misfortune, especially considering that the phone itself cost 250CAD! I am most disappointed with MTTC, I do not recommend anyone to use their services!
