Poor service

The waitress starts the conversation in foreign language. Is foreign language really the official language in Australia? And the same waitress at the next table started the conversation in foreign language. It wasn't the only employee who started talking to clients in foreign language, at least from what I heard, being there in 1. 5 hours. I would also allow the idea to start the conversation in both Australian and foreign language (thus involving foreign language society).
