Gift — internet doesn’t work

I cant get on site to get my gift. I would be happy with Amazon gift certificate or car phone mount . Satisfied with pillows but frustrated trying to get my gift.

Recently got this chair as gift. The chair looks defective as it is very forward and pushes the person sitting on it forward versus letting a person lean back as what these chairs normally do.
