I had booked hotel and had to cancel due to Nigeria cov policy voided my Nigeria flight

I had paid in advance $1,182.08 US$ to reserve a room in the IBIS Air Port Hotel in Lagos Nigeria. Delta airlines gave me incorrect COVnegative test information which caused my flight be deleted when I got to airport because nigeria refused me permission to fly.
