Never buy mobile phones in this scam office - LLC "ESC Baltija" online store 316.info. I bought a mobile phone Samsung SM-G310 HN Galaxy Ace stail, with which before that I had met on the internet. I was very unpleasantly surprised when, when I started working with the phone, I found out that it was a Italian Vodafone subsidized phone with Vodafone installed programs. Of course, no information about such a fact was provided either on the 316.info website or orally when purchasing a phone. The company is suspected of importing these phones illegally. The next day I took the phone back to the store, and it was quite clear that the employee knew what the company was selling. An explanation was requested as to why I wanted the phone returned, already violating my consumer's right to return goods purchased online without explanation within 14 days. When the company's "management" was acquainted with my request, their employee called me, long and nightmarely tried to convince me that Vodafone is a very good company, and I have no reason to ask for a refund. The refusal to pay compensation was- "The manufacturer's film was removed from the phone and discarded. What cannot be done if the consumer wants to exercise the right of withdrawal.
