Teztour representative can't solve the problem

In July we were in Turkey, the tour operator - Teztour. This company has been run several times and there have been no problems. Arriving at the Hotel Monte Carlo (Alanya), a 3 * hotel, the transfer attendant booked us and left us at the reception, and drove on. When the bus left, the receptionist told us that there was no room in the hotel. Said we could spend one night as if in a hotel annex. Took us to this supposedly annex, which later turned out to be a completely different and low category (maybe 1 *) hotel). I looked at the room and said that we would not stay in it - terrible + considering the price we had paid for the ordered room. I told you to call the transfer girl to take us to the equivalent of another hotel,as due in accordance with the treaty and the international standard. Then he showed us the annex room, which had some constant smell, without a balcony, very worn and also corresponded well to the 2 * room... In the end, the hotel manager came and persuaded us to stay in that annex room for 1 night without taking compensation from us fee for using the safe for 12 days. We agreed. The next morning was the 1st meeting with the local representative of Teztour Omar, who kindly told us that he would be our best friend and helper during the whole trip, who would solve all problems, if any. Then he started selling his tours and said not to buy them from a local firm because of the mockery. Since we were not "westerners", of course, we bought tours from a local company, which gave big discounts, because we bought several tours (as it turned out later,at Teztour would have overpaid for some excursions even more than 2x; we had no problems with the locals). We asked Omar about our room, which we deserve in the main hotel building - when can we get into it? The representative's face changed in principle - what are you bothering me with - and what did he think? "ordered" ourselves to go to the front desk to address the issue. At the same time, the Teztour bulklets, which are distributed to tourists, place special emphasis on the professionalism and ability of the company's representatives to solve issues. Unfortunately, this cannot be attributed to the Turkish representatives. As we saw afterwards, others at this hotel also had problems with the rooms they had booked, which also turned to Omar (there were other companies as well) who could not help either. Obviously, it could even be a hotel policy - to spend a night in a worse room for a tourist who does not know their rights, but to earn for the difference paid. However, the biggest sadness is Omar's inability. Interestingly, this was the only time that I was not allowed to fill in the feedback questionnaire when I left, which Teztour has always done. Does the dog know what he ate? In addition, the Teztour website does not provide an e-mail where feedback can be sent. Thus, it turns out that the company is not at all interested in knowing about absences and improving the quality of services. Sweat, sweat...
