Exceptionally poor customer service and furniture quality!
Ordering a wardrobe in November - bring goodies Promise to compensate with a refund - still nothing is refunded Furniture parts - putting together, inaccurate hole locations (from 1-5cm apart!) Cabinet door - when closed, a 1cm gap remains! Cabinet mezzanine - holes drilled on the opposite side, it is impossible to assemble! To phone calls - answer standard phrases, everything will be To e-mails - simply do not answer because there is nothing to say (it explains when the attendant arrives) I have not seen such an unprofessional attitude towards the client for a long time plus poor quality work and the prepayment is 100%! Then go and fight "nothing"! Excluding extra time and nerves. I am very disappointed and do not recommend anyone to start any cooperation with this company.
