Quality and Attitude
If I were not a builder myself after my education, then my story would be similar to Ilma's. I am not a man who complains, but as I see that Mrs Ilmas has encountered a similar problem, I consider it my duty to report to the public. The radiators were also restored in the summer of 2019 by the Glendale Radiator Restoration Factory. The radiators were dismantled, rinsed and repainted in time and before the deadline. But... what's the story! Problems start with installation! Their plumber soldered copper pipe joints, joints are not excluded from the absolute, which is against the technical requirements of soldering technology and soldering instructions, even in the training books. «Ta.Although their plumber claims to have 10 years of experience, it still looks like he hasn't studied soldering at school but has mastered it, either on a path or by a bad master. The result of all this is that my radiators also ran and the plumber drove several times to reload the connections. It must be said that the only bad thing is that the management of the company was informed about it and there was no action on their part! Probably they need to write complaints about them. In that time, you can attract more customers! My advice to people who want to restore old cast iron radiators is to be careful. Be sure to enter into a contract with the terms of the warranty. I had no objection to the restoration of the radiators themselves, I understand that working with old radiators can also lead to unforeseen situations because the old is old. But assembly and installation services though I would not recommend taking them! In the solder copper pipes his plumber did not pay. And didn't even want to study. Even your work was never checked. He pressed the phone instead.Read more...
