Incompetence
My first and last experience with not receiving consumer credit at SEB RÄ « dzenes branch, and incompetent employee of the Great: the employee does not understand the difference between the salary and the salary, because the "suspicious" is that my account receives a salary, which in the law "Officials and employees of state and local government institutions In the sense of the Remuneration Law, both wages and social guarantees are benefits, so in the case of a public official it is the correct term. I was asked to fill in a form for the SSIA so that IT Banka could check whether taxes had been paid (this would definitely be the competence of the SRS). I can proudly say that the employee also showed her incompetence - with the argument that sometimes the state institutions do not pay taxes. Then I was additionally asked for a certificate from the new job (I changed jobs 4 months ago), but I just couldn't explain what the certificate wanted to see. During the conversation, the employee arguedthat I work for a public authority, I am an official and have been appointed for an indefinite period if there is any doubt as to whether I will continue to work. The next day, a bank employee "faced me so as not to cause me problems", did not ask for a certificate from the workplace, but scanned the employment contract, although I told her the day before. that I have been appointed to an office (this means that there is only an order for appointment). So, I would just like to add that the remuneration has been transferred to the SEB account since 2002, I do not have a credit history, I have only worked in public institutions.
