Poor Service
Early in January of this year, I ordered a living room section unit. When put together, two deficiencies were found: the drawer body was damaged and the back of one section was incorrectly assembled. I filed complaints about both shortcomings. They were accepted and had to wait for delivery from the factory. Consequently, the whole process of assembling the section stopped. At the beginning of April, one complaint had finally arrived. I am waiting for the second position until now! It's been half a year! It's not normal! The latest information from Optimus Furniture was received on 16. 05. 2020. MP
