Fraud

I don't recommend anyone to fix anything in this institution! I took my iPhone there because it was no longer charging, there was a suspicion of the need to change the battery, which it conditionally did after the diagnostics, because how would it be understood by one employee that the battery had been replaced and the other just repaired? Work times are very long, the phone recovered after more than a week, every day calling the answer was only one - tomorrow. At the end, when the phone was finally delivered, it was given to me completely discharged, without any signs of life, in identical condition to what it was when I paid. When asked what has been changed, I was told - the internal charger adapter and such details, all very vaguely. Had to pay 40 CAD.Since there were doubts as to whether the phone would turn on again a bit, please make sure that it is charging the employee who immediately disappeared and after checking the phone came to the conclusion that yes, everything works. I went home and found that it was not. The phone did not respond to the charger. I immediately went back and called for a refund, because I believe that the phone has not been repaired, which was refused to me, because the details have changed in any case. But why do I need parts if the defect is not eliminated? And what expertise should I do to prove that they have really changed? As there was nothing left but to hand over the phone for re-inspection, I unfortunately did so, but I was promised that the next day it would be clarified why and how this misunderstanding had taken place. Another week passed, I was not called,as they said, so I called myself every day and again everything happened according to the previous scenario-tomorrow, the phone behaves strangely..Are really the people who work there are certified and competent? I very much doubt that! As a result, the phone was given to me for the second time, however, it was turned on and minimally charged, which suggested that this time something was really fixed. But after a few days, I did not allow the phone to completely discharge and it is again in exactly the same condition as before this VIRTUAL AND QUALITY SERVICE!
