No one still hasn’t contacted me. And when I call no one never answers. They always say all lines are busy. Plz quit charging my card. I have never used this service. I don’t know who signed up but I’m tired of being billed.

I want to unsubscribe and the account doesnt allow me to do so. Ive called and it states that the office is closed. Ive tried doing it multiple times and still not allowing me to do so.

Cancellation of my subscription

The App is always buffering and my baby can not use it properly. I tried to cancel my subscription in the app thru my account and the screen froze. I cancel the subscription after the first month and ABC mouse keep charging my card.
