Have an account that i cant get into also have been paying you every month

I signed up and; admitted payment info, I cannot log into ABC mouse, it DNT recognize me but takes money from my bank account every month. I need refund on all service as I just found out you take money from my acct every month even tho I can’t sign in at all.

Not worth the trouble
