Attitude towards the customer

I was very surprised by the seller's treatment of me as a customer. I called to inquire about the availability of the product and the possibility to order by phone, the only thing I was told was to look at their website and not order by phone, because you see, it is not his job. If so, it can be presented more politely than shouting and despising that I have to learn to work with the Internet.
