A&C Pumps Ltd, thepumpspeople.co.uk will not honour their promise

A&C Pumps Ltd ( thepumpspeople.co.uk ) sold me a £600 pump with a 5 year extended warranty. When I told them the pump was no longer working they sold me a service for £195+VAT saying that the warrantee was only valid if I serviced the pump every 6 months.
