Account manager is incapable

Not only that they charge up to 15% in fees for a booking in general, they also provide no or very poor service for that. Customer Service Doesn’t Exist at 9flats.com

None of their customer service numbers work. If you have an emergency you can’t reach them, If you have a problem and you send them an email, it takes days for them to email you back.
