Will not respond to account cancellation requests

800.com does not provide any way to self-cancel an account. Phone support just tells you to email and provides no other options. Have emailed 7 times over 10 days asking to cancel and they do not respond. Do they figure people will give up on canceling and just allow them to charge the payment method forever? There...
