No response and no way for a customer to get help when there is an account related problem

I created a Songtrust account and paid $100 for one song writer. I entered a custodial back account for direct deposit and the system said contact Songtrust. Refund of $100 for a non completed registration

I am waiting to see how quickly the issue is resolved. Ae have had no bad experiences with Songtrust and other artist at all. User’s recommendation: SONGTRUST for certain!!
